Welcome to Talent HRX, provided by InfoGrowth Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Talent HRX, provided by InfoGrowth Private Limited.
  • “Client” refers to any person, firm, or corporate body that engages the services of the Company.
  • “Candidate” refers to any individual introduced to the Client by the Company for temporary, contract, or permanent employment.
  • “Services” refers to all staffing and recruitment services provided by the Company.
  • “Agreement” refers to the contract between the Company and the Client for the provision of Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Services Provided

The Company offers a range of staffing and recruitment services, including but not limited to:

  • Temporary Staffing
  • Permanent Staffing
  • Contract Staffing
  • Executive Search
  • Onboarding Support
  • Payroll Services
  • Background Checks
  • Training and Development
  • College Placement

4. Candidate Introduction and Engagement

  • The introduction of a Candidate to the Client is deemed to be accepted upon the Client’s request for details or interview with the Candidate.
  • The Client agrees to notify the Company immediately upon the engagement of a Candidate.
  • The Company will provide a replacement if a Candidate absconds within 90 days of placement.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be agreed upon in writing and are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The Client is responsible for issuing a relevant Purchase Order prior to the Candidate’s start date.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable laws.

6. Candidate Replacement Policy

  • If a Candidate absconds within 90 days of placement, the Company will provide a free replacement.
  • Once a Candidate profile is shared with the Client, it remains valid for 30 days.

7. Background Checks and Verification

  • The Company conducts thorough background checks and skills assessments for all Candidates.
  • The Client acknowledges that while the Company takes all reasonable steps to verify Candidate information, it cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the Agreement.
  • The Client agrees not to disclose any Candidate information to third parties without the Company’s consent.

9. Data Protection

  • The Company complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  • The Client agrees to handle Candidate data in accordance with these laws and the Company’s privacy policy.

10. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Client as a result of the engagement of a Candidate.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the engagement of a Candidate.

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client breaches any terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
